Some people may think I have been able to swim freestyle like a fish a long time before.

You are wrong! As you can see the video above, my freestyle before learning TI was terrible.

The main differences are as follows;

  1.  The long axis became very stable. My core body rotation and breathing (not raising my head) helped me to do it.
  2. Less bubbles. Once you can glide, you do not have to pull the water with bubbles anymore.
  3. From continuous kicking to snap kicking. The role of kicking used to raise lower body to get balanced, but now it helps my core body to rotate.
