Four days of focused Freestyle training with filming, technique work, and training zones with Total Immersion's Global Coaching Director Dave Cameron

Registration opens Friday, November 6

Each day will have two technique sessions, covering a blend of drills, themed focal points, stroke improvement and training, guiding developing swimmers into mindfulness and understanding of a refined Total Immersion Stroke. 

Morning Sessions: 10:00am-12:00pm
Afternoon Sessions: 1:30-3:00pm
Stroke review with above- and underwater filming will be uploaded and also discussed on-site after specific sessions
