LOCATION: Jolly Beach Antigua Nestled on Antigua’s protected southwest coast, Jolly Beach offers a mile-long stretch of powdery white sand and calm, crystal-clear turquoise water—making it an ideal location for an open-water swim camp focused on technique, endurance, and confidence building in safe Caribbean conditions.

Jolly Beach lies in St. Mary’s parish, between Bolans Village and Jolly Harbour, facing west onto the Caribbean Sea. The bay is sheltered from Atlantic swells by the island’s geography, resulting in flat, clear water year-round with excellent visibility (25–30 feet) and minimal sargassum. The beach spans roughly 2,000 metres (1.1 miles), providing ample space for structured swim sets, group drills, and open-water navigation practice without feeling crowded.

CONTACT: Who do I contact if I have additional questions? Please email Teresa Seibel  for swim camp questions or connect with us through the contact page.

DESCRIPTION: Looking to boost your open-water confidence, improve your swimming technique? This is your opportunity to swim in the ocean in a supportive environment.

 What to Expect:
• Open-water swimming made easy – Gain confidence, learn smart techniques, and enjoy the waves!

Effortless swimming techniques – for growth mindset swimmers looking to  move smoother and stronger!

This camp is designed for beginner and intermediate swimmers seeking Total Immersion instruction in the open water. Our philosophy is Kaizen swimming; creating continuous improvement by setting your intention to improve one swim skill at each session.
