![]() Breastroke kick hurts my tendons. I prefer butterfly undulations with breastroke, aka breastfly.
To get the undulations happening thing of the undulations tapering off at the feet so that they virtually just vibrate two times for every upper body movement. That way your lower body can slipstream. |
