Default Ed Moses is back!

Well I saw the saying that power and conditioning creates temporary speed yet building proper movement patterns creates permanent speed... I guess here is the proof! Ed Moses qualifies for Olympic Trials having not swam for four years then throwing together a couple of practice sessions before joining a local swim club to race again:
