Guys, its heartening to feel the light heartedness in your comments. I too am sometimes overwhelmed by amusement at odd times when I'm doing the drills and when contemplating some puzzles outside the pool, such as doing Pop-eye mouth and neck swivels when driving in traffic.
It shows that we are doing the right thing -- being joyful and in the moment while being committed to tackling a never ending task, the lifelong improvement of our swimming, something that we recognise as being complex and difficult but which we embrace wholeheartedly anyway.
