Generally looks great, better than me at the moment.

stroke looks symmetrical, timing good, rotation good, feel for the water good. 16SPL looks sustainable. You also hold a good straight course down the pool.

Little things I see:-

stroke is a bit close to thumb first entry which might give you shoulder ache over a long distance?

push off is rather moderate and costing you a stroke a length at least.

It looks like a stroke you could pick up the rate with quite easily for extra speed/ faster times. Not sure if you compete?

There is a bit of sideways head lift as you rotate to breathe.

Great job though if self coached.

Adding to the above...

Maybe enter/spear into the water sooner, not so far forward. Your left hand is a little sooner than your right which spends a lot of time above the water. Enter a little wider - your tracks are bordering on narrow, though I don't see crossover.

Relax your head a little further, and rotate your chin up to air. You're lifting your eyes out to breathe a little bit, which is natural, but your mouth is down at the bottom of your face and your eyes don't take in much air :-D

Your kick timing is nice which is a big accomplishment. Try to kick from your hips & butt though - higher up - instead of at the knee & thigh.

Great stroke though - really smooth - looks relaxed and all the basics are good.

Thanks for the comments!

Yes, I am self-coached.
At the time I'm able to swim 300-400m continously. No aches whatsover :)
I compete in triathlons (as a beginner), but not very often (there aren't many tri-races in northern Sweden :) )
Concerning speed: I can go faster, but didn't beacuse I wanted to focus on technique

I recently changed when I spear into the water. I'll try going back to a shorter distance.
About breathing: of course I can't breathe with my eyes - I'm wearing goggles! :)
