Any methods of fixing a tiny pinhole snag in a technical suit?

I recently acquired a FINA non-approved kneeskin for practice purposes only. I noticed that there is a tiny pinhole snag in the fabric after one use, and afraid it will continue to stretch into a bigger hole if I wear it another time. Is there some method (like a glue/epoxy) which will not dissolve in water and destroy the fabric, yet have strength when stretched? I thought about applying clear nail polish on the inside, but I am afraid it will melt/eat the fabric. Help greatly appreciated...

I’ve used AquaSeal on my wetsuit to patch holes and rips with success. Most sporting good stores and some hardware stores will have it in stock.
