Default "Rotate off your stomach (but not on your side.)

In the TI SCW manual there is the advice:

"Rotate off your stomach (but not on your side)."
(NB. italics from the original)

Can anyone explain what it means?

I think means you don't want to swim flat in the water, like this: --
But you don't want to rotate so your shoulders are perpendicular, like this: |
So instead, find something in the middle, like this: /

Love your graphics Tom!
Sometimes when I swim I feel like I am doing this <> do you know what the problem could be?

Hello Joel,

Let me guess a "beer-free" solution: your spearing arms crossing the midline?

Best regards,
Werner
