Hi guys,
this is my first time posting a video analysis! Unfortunately, I only have an iPhone so couldn't do any underwater shots.
I have been focusing on TI and the drills for around 8 weeks or so now (dabbled a bit before that!). I can see that my arms don't look quite right. I can't get my forearm to hang vertical! It's really frustrating me. Also, I'm not really focusing on breathing at the moment because I haven't reached that drill. The pool length is 13m so that gives you an idea of my SPL. I would really appreciate any advice on this. Youtube link below:
