Default my backstroke sort of stuck. Anything to fix?
I am trying to learn TI freestyle and backstroke based on DVDs. After 1 year I can go only 200m freestyle but with backstroke, 2000m. But it takes an hour or just a little over 1 hr for that 2000m.

Can it be faster or what should be fixed to improve my backstroke? video
