Are you looking for a new challenge in 2018?

Join #TeamARUK for this beautiful but challenging one-mile swim. Closer to the event date you’ll be able to choose the day of your swim – you can choose between swimming on the Friday, the Saturday or the Sunday. So, what are you waiting for?

The 1 mile event is suitable for swimmers of all abilities and is equivalent to 64 lengths of a standard 25m pool. The average completion time is approximately 40 minutes.

For anyone willing to participate, all participants must be 16 years old or over on the day of the event.
