I think I understand "sensors" 1, 2 (is it similar to feeling of "swimming downhill"?), 3, 4, and 5. Perhaps sensor 6 is too advanced for me at the the moment, but could you say how 7 is different to 2?
I have been practising your advice to have a focus of dropping my hand into the water. It is being very helpful I think, and I am finding that it informs many other aspects of my stroke. Thank you again for that advice.
