![]() I was watching some of the sun yang documentary the other day and it's interesting where he says 'the feet - my paddling felt soft' - after his comeback 15:01 1500m swim.

![]() That's an excellent analogy from Sun Yang, "the feet - paddling felt soft". Coach Boomer has a similar characterization, "tone in the middle, soft in the limbs" (not vice-versa :-))
