Thumbs down TI-certified coach in Baltimore?

Hi:

I've kind of 'hit the wall' with my swimming progress. I've been taking lessons for a few months now down at Meadowbook in Baltimore City.

I've made good progress (could barely swim 25m when I started) but I'm still having issues with being 'relaxed' and with proper rhythmic breathing. This limits the distances that I can put in and is slowing up my training because my form breaks down. I have my first Sprint Tri (500m/pool swim) in about 3 weeks.

It shouldn't be too much of an issue doing it but I'm tired of my coach telling me that I'm not 'relaxed' especially after all of this time, effort and money.

Doe anyone know of a TI coach in the Baltimore area with whom I might be able to take a few private lessons? I have the books and videos but it's probably not like the 'real thing.'

Best regards,

Frank
