3 step method to make sense of swim watch data

Since people tend to view different forums here on TI I'm sharing this here as well since more folks visiting this area may be using swim watches.

I present my 3 step method for extracting meaningful information from your swim watch. Feedback appreciated. Looking for more case studies.
