Found a coach!

i have been working through the self coaching video with some great progress, yet also some tangled up results, and reached a maybe unusual point where my old swimming is gone and my new swimming hasn't yet evolved to full stroke altho the drills are going well.

I am SO excited if have found that TI Coach Katherine Schwab gives lessons just a few miles from me and I am very much looking forward to in person support to sort out and prioritize what to work on.

I am a complete non athlete middle aged woman so it may well be that others more naturally athletic or just more coordinated can do this without in person coaching but i am very thankful to have access to a live coach!
