Default Help to find swimming goggles

I bought Swimming Goggles, but they've started to fog up and are much useless. I also bought a pair of Speedo goggles, but they feel flimsy.
I need goggles for swimming. I'm just swimming for my favorite healthy activity.

More often than not I found that fog is temporary. I use cheap (10€) Arena google for kids as they fit me pretty well. The pair I use is almost one year old and I' fine.
There is more or less fog in the beginning but it sort itself fast enough, either I do pay that much attention as fog as (for me) a lesser effect under water as you don't see that far to begin with.
Now it is important you find google that fit you well, but don't turn into a google fixer ;)
The more attention you poor into minor details the less minor said details are.

Spit in the goggles and they wont fog up for hours.

You need a thin film of spit on the inside of the lenses.

I used to have this problem all the time, and can remember actually replacing goggles just because they were so fogged up that I couldn't see through them anymore. Then somebody suggested to me that I smear baby shampoo on the inside of the lens and then wash them out with water. When I do this, the goggles are good for a few weeks before I have to do it again. Nowadays, my normal reason for replacing goggles is that a piece breaks on them.

Default Goggles

I like the Aqua Sphere Kayenne Goggles with the clear lens.

You can wash them gently with shampoo or use a de-fog spray. And most come with an anti-fog coating which gets worn off, especially when rubbed with abrasives or just by jostling about in your bag. Some store them in clean gym socks.

Default Spit and Lick. Last for Hours

As Mushroomfloat said, spit and lick all around the lenses, it will not fog.
I love this solution. It works!

So many goggles fog no matter what you do with them - they are just a waste of time and money. super recommend tyr tracer goggles. They are cheap as from amazon. Best review I can find is here: https://www.bayviewinformer.com/best...es_review.html. They seem to rate it very highly, and also match up with your (and my experience with speedo goggles).
