![]() to get more oxygen into your bloodstream, allows a bit faster recovery as it helps to reduce acidity level of your blood, helps a lot during VO2max workout
done some research and find out that hyperventilation is actually a wrong term for what I'm doing ;) proper name would be hyperpnea same idea different name ;) difference is that first one is bad and the other one is good ;) p.s. I do not recommend hypernea to swimmers without a good bit of experience ;) so don't try it at home - this technique can be helpful as long as you keep it on a low level of intensity as you dont really wont to get hyperventilated you just put a bit more oxygen in p.s.2 from ti point of view only the part about working on your breathing technique is useful |
