Default Head Position Training Aid?

I have this terrible habit of taking my head out of position to look forward.

I had this thought of putting a headlamp on above my goggles, better still a water resistant laser (but that would require fabrication.) If I can see the light on the bottom of the pool, I have instant feedback for the focus. If I see the bottom of the pool with no light then my head is up, but my eyes are down. If I can't see either, my head is up and my eyes are looking forward.

Anybody ever mess with something like this? Headlamp might only work well at night...water resistant laser pointer, now that could work any time of the day.

Default Head Strong Posture Trainer

I think this is what you're looking for, but I have no personal experience or knowledge of this training aid and I've never seen anyone use it.

Perhaps someone on this forum has used it and can give you some feedback.

The Finis freestyle snorkel.
The way it is bent, you got to look down, else you suck in water.

It'd be really interesting to hear from any coaches here on this, and the neck training aid.
