![]() I'm up the pool in an hour will try it out, main thing is if it can produce a good "glide" action v a straight arm extention,
but then cutting out that bit from straight to bent arm catch may pay off with a quicker catch |

![]() Well i tried it and got it down pretty good, took a bot of effort out of the stroke too felt shorter and tighter.
Glide momentum was still good but when i went back to straight extention it was noticable better then using weight on catch to kick the elbow out into this position produce a longer stroke with more fwd momentum. Hmmm will persevere some more as it could be a better less taxing distance stroke than statue of liberty super long style. |
