I guess the stroke cycle is not symmetrical but even so if this possible to achieve?

I have never synced the TT to two focal points on a single arm. We usually sync the beep to a single focal point on each arm. So you could do one beep on the left hand entering the water and the next beep for the right hand entering the water, and similarly for the hand position at the back for the finish and moving into recovery.
You present an interesting use case. However, if you want to sync two beeps per single arm stroke, you'd have to halve the time. So if your one arm cycle time was 1.2 seconds, you'd want to probably try setting the TT to .6 sec and hitting the back of the finish at the first beep and entering the water at the next beep.
I would say that this isn't really a good idea because within the stroke cycle of a single arm, the hand/arm isn't all moving at the same speed. I think you will find that you want the recovery to move as fast as possible from the finish to the entry and, due to water resistance, the hand won't be moving as fast while moving from catch to finish (and don't forget the time from hand entry to spear extension).
