![]() I spend my time at the pool differently these days, instead of going right into swimming I go to the deep end where there are no other swimmers during lap swim,I do superman glide, balance drills, fingertip drag and work on my 2 beat kick,no hurry,no pressure, just learning to relax in the water,as I'm doing this I look over at everyone kicking and pulling and fighting their way across the pool, mostly just churning up the water, making waves,no one at my pool swims the T.I way,I would like to be the first,I wont fight the water anymore,I will fight no more forever.

![]() Congratulations on your being a leader in your pool and not succumbing to peer pressure and do what everyone else is doing. Keep at it, in the long run you will be swimming circles around them and they will be envious at how well and effortless you swim fast.

![]() No one else has yet noted that your heading is the eloquent line taken from the speech of Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce when he surrendered his band to US Army troops.
