Default Freestyle MP3 training available yet?

Hi everyone..past TI grad looking to better his IM swim for Canada this year. With the increasing availability of waterproof MP3 players, was thinking it would be incredible to have a "TI coach in my ear" while doing drills and training. Does anyone know if/where this might be available?

I thinks he means like a podcast. With the coach telling him, what to concentrate on for that lap, tips, etc.

Yes, you are correct. I realized that I had not answered his request right after I sent my reply.

Default mp3 player

check out the www.swimman.com website. I have a waterproof ipod schuffle and it is excellent. The earbuds are made of silicon and so there is no leaking.

Grant, I'm new to TI and not aware of any existing mp3 podcasts for swimming. You could make your own by using audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net It is free program you can download. You then can use your current song selections and then dub your voice over the music to give yourself pointers. You will need a microphone of some sort. There is a small learning curve, but overall I thought it was easy to use.

I haven't done any for swimming, but I have done them for running when I wanted to run for a certain time interval, I insert messages to myself on the MP3.

Good luck
