Fabulous to have that in such a concise nutshell. Thanks.

Default TI Workshop UK

Here's an excellent blog by Darika Ahrens after she attended a TI workshop in the UK. Her account is quite hysterical and sobering at the same time, sharing her thoughts that we all have in common regardless of your swim level and ability. "Swimming is the only sport where your limbic system – your primitive brain – is constantly telling you that you will die". Read on ... What’s a Total Immersion swim course in the UK like?

Cheers to Darika and TI UK!

That is so inspiring, even without the day's workshop I can relate to her journey. Thanks for posting......I'm off to the pool now......

Default TI workshops

I have done many open water swims including Ironman distance. I have the Total Immersion DVD but think it would help to go to the workshop. I can only afford one day . Would it be more beneficial for me to attend day one at this time and maybe attend day two later on in the year?
.
