![]() Dear all,
I have one query regarding recovery. When the recovery hand exits the water, i bring the elbow forward by making circle. But i have noticed in some videos that a Triangle is also formed(between upper arm and forearm) when recovery hand reaches before the shoulder. How do we make this Triangle. I can not make this triangle. What i just concentrate that elbow should be just outside the shoulder and forearm should be light weight. But this Triangle????. Is it an advance technique which is not mentioned in TI DVDs. You can see this traingle in TI's O2 in H2O DvD cover Regards, Rajan Last edited by Rajan : 04-24-2013 at 05:05 PM. |

![]() some people can do it, some cant.
it depends on the shoulder joint flexiblity. what you are born with. Phelps shoulder is double jointed, he can flex to high degree. i have also seen people "swing wide" ; i got a few bruises on my hand because of this (collision) perhaps you can focus on not swinging wide. just imagine bringing your hand back to front. hope it helps. |
