![]() Hi all. Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum. I want to better develop my freestyle swimming endurance, and it seems like the TI technique is a great way to go. I am comfortable in and around water and can swim, but I want to get better and more efficient. I was wondering if any of you folks could recommend a video/book combination for someone like me to use in order to self-learn/coach this way of swimming? I am a little daunted by all the choices and I'm not really sure where to start.
Thanks in advance! -brad |

![]() I would recommend getting the 1.0 Effortless Endurance Self-Coaching Course, which is available through the STORE section of this site.
