I think I didn't understand the instructions. I texted (using a smart phone) to 22828, but the message TIBOOK couldn't be delivered.

Yeah, me too. Where or what is "22828"? Is it a phone number? Without an area code? Maybe it's something only Canadians don't understand ;-)

22828 is what they call a short code for SMS. it is not a phone number but a way for companies to have someone text something to them but not have to be an actual phone number.

i do not think it will work outside the US. let me ask TI central about a way to submit your email addresses for this offer..
