Default Chlorinated vs Non pools

Good Morning To All.

I have been alternating my pool swims between a chlorinated pool and one which was recently renovated. The newer one has a saline filtration system, or something to that effect, can someone shed some light as to how much more buoyant these new system pools make the body. There seems to be a tremendous difference between the two. How does the ocean compare to saline pools?

Never saw a saline pool. Does the water taste salty? Do you feel yourself more buoyant?

Default Saline pools

Here in Canada a lot of the pools have been converted to either Saline Pools or Ozone Pools or a combination of both. Dont take this to the bank but I remember reading years back that the Saline (salt) concentration was only a tenth of the salinity of sea water. That figure is just an approximation. I think the safest comment is that it is not nearly the conc. of sea water. Both of these pools are marvelous to swim in.
May we swim with ease at the speeds we choose.
