Sweet spot rotation drill
There is a video, that has been posted often on this forum, of Charles Couturier demonstrating his no-arm AND no-leg rotation drill. It is or was called the Sweetspot Rotation Drill (Isolated Rottion). However, searches I have made cannot find it either here or on YouTube.
There are dozens of other drills and demos out there, some featuring Charles, but I am looking for that specific video: Charles swimming with no arms AND a pull-buoy and demonstrating rotation. I think there's an above water and underwater version. Does anyone here have a URL for either of these they could share?
