![]() the lifeguard at the pool says she thinks I rotate my hips too much,if this is correct how can I correct it,what am I doing wrong??

![]() A video would help but you want to try to just clear each shoulder as you rotate and roll just off you stomach .So in other words you are rolling maybe 45 degrees and not to stacked shoulders or 90 degrees.
