![]() Hi,
last year I did some 1/4 triathlons and 1/2 tria. Currently I'm training to complete a full IM in July. I'm considering to take part on a workshop in the UK. But I wonder if it wouldn't be better to wait after july, after the Im? I only have 6 months left to build for the 3,8km swim. If I can't work on building endurance for the swim I'm afraid of running out of time. (I've never swum more than 2,3km untill now) I watched the dvd and did the drills about 1,5 months but I'm still a long way from implementing the TI style. So what do you think is the best option: booking a workshop in febr and interrupting my endurance training? or booking one after the IM and taking plenty of time to learn TI and for now keep up the selfcoach principles? Thnks already for the suggestions Willem |

![]() If you've decided doing a workshop then why bother waiting? Let your heart lead your mind. Be confident that you will learn and stay positive throughout the journey.

They say I don't do it by their book... So I get another try...and will demostrate their technique but I'm having a blast in teachin' my dance class.... life... and I am learning from the TRI'S!
