![]() I took a TI clinic about a month ago but I'm feeling a bit 'discombulated' on what to do when I get to the pool.
Work on this drill or that drill? How far, how much time? Does anyone out there have a specific plan that they want to share? Best regards, Frank Varisco |

![]() Frank,
Probably the most important question is the one you've asked. My question is response is how much are you in the water, and what are you doing in there right now? The pre-workshop materials can be very helpful afterwards. Use notes you took at the workshop to guide you on your immediate and long-term priorities. So far, what's going well, and what hasn't settled in yet?

![]() Hi Dave:
It's the classic case of forgetting what I learned. 'Am I doing this right?' and 'What can I expect to see' in terms of progress? I'm getting in 3x week. I went through the Easy Freestyle book and DVD, and I made some cards based on the drill suggestions in the back of the book. I don't have the book in front of me but I believe that they're divided into 'balance' and then two other sections. I try to work through most of them in a given session. Frank |
