Hi again!
Been away for a short vacation in the archipelago :)

@Terry, ┼land is a self governed region belonging to Finland, much like Greenland belongs to Denmark.
I might go to Swedish Masters next year, it all depends on what's up for my swimmers and how I'm able to practice myself.

Interesting workout, I'll try it! One crucial thing though, how do you establish the tempo? Does it just "happen" or do you set it in advance?

Quite a lot of your examples are freestyle based, but I guess they're all doable in any stroke, even IM. I like to have my swimmers doing all strokes, when one fail another always steps up.

For other strokes and IM review the two Pace Honing threads "What's your favorite stroke" and "Sharpening for USMS Nationals" - also threads I posted on the Backstroke and Breaststroke conferences in that same time frame - March or April.
