Recently I've been getting unsolicited comments from my tennis buddies about how I'm getting a beer belly, even though I don't drink any alcohol. :-( So, I would like to know which stroke or drill(s) is most effective for reducing the abdomen. Hope to get some good advice. Thank you, Peter |
