Default now its the biggest day of my swimming life

Because of two things:
1) Freestyle swim - see my thread here: http://www.totalimmersion.net/forum/...ead.php?t=2797

2) Breastroke swim - was working for 3 weeks on getting a proper breastroke. Today I got the point that the inwards pull starts when the elbows are inline with the eyes (in sideways look). Thats the second stage of hand pull when forearms go under the chest.
This released my back and freed my hips to do a proper kick with some body undulation. I was pulling the arms backwords all the way causing pain/damage/drag (a wide pull).
Not even one muscle was under stress today.
Counted 7 strokes on 25 meter pool but thats not fair because I was doing the Kitajima push off the wall with one dolphin kick and a two hands pull back.. that gave me about 10 meters underwater start... :)
Even with normal push off its about 10 strokes (slow pace, I am just a newbie). Not bad.

I am just happy to be able to swim well and stress free 2 swim styles now.
For the first time in my life, and both happened on the same day! :) Yesss!

My previous post a month ago with the same title was just a false breakthrough. This one is NOT :) I am 1000% sure... ;)
