![]() Hi! My name is Lisa. I am a high school swim coach looking for a great U Tube video showing front quadrant swimming. I had one that was posted and has expired https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7Jmrfi9Y0g. I really want to show our high school kids the science behind anchoring or patient hands, proper balance and rotation while viewing above and below the water. I own all of the TI stroke videos. I need to send a u tube link via email. Thanks

![]() Find this guy pretty good. Most is TI compatible.
https://www.youtube.com/user/74aaronglawson/videos Maybe more for the little kids, but a lot to learn for adult onset swimmers too. Last edited by Zenturtle : 08-13-2015 at 06:08 PM. |

![]() Hi lmcgarrigle:
I always use Coach Shinji's before and after Total Immersion in workshops: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FrSTJLN_CY Coach Dave Cameron's explanation (and rehearsal) of "High elbow catch in a 'true' front-quadrant stroke" is complete and clear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDmQiHQ8mW8 Enjoy!
