Default Foot stretching without cramps?

Uh, there's no text in this blog. As a frequent foot cramp sufferer, I'd really like to read about it!

I don't remember what has been posted before, but I am a big fan of a foot exercise series for ballet dancers published on an Ebook called "the perfect pointe".

The key for me was golf ball massage. Roll your foot over a golf ball for 2-3 minutes every other day. I found lots of persistent knots in my foot muscles and once they released, the mobility in my arch increased significantly. She also has exercises like "toe switching" in which you stand up barefoot, and alternately raise your big toe and all the others.

I have found that, even though I relax my feet as I swim, having feet that work properly increases their mobility and my feel for the water.
