![]() Hello Everyone,
I'm doing the following two dolphin kick on the back drills solely for exercise purposes: head-lead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q44dcJbz6cM hand-lead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udLi7ZZ4aOo Can anyone perhaps tell me approximately what's a reasonably efficient number of kicks it should take to get from one end of a 25-yard pool to the other end for both the head-lead and hand-lead drills? I just want to get an idea of how good or poor my current technique is. Thank you, Peter |
