I'm thinking I may add that 1000y (5 x 200) SPL Pyramid as one of my baseline sets that I use periodically to measure progress.
I won't always try to keep descending on the last two. I may sometimes swim at faster paces on the first three, so that it's a pretty good challenge just to hold my time from 15SPL as I drop down to 14 and 13.
