I really like this and will probably use it in the morning where I only ever have a maximum of 40 minutes to swim; a good alternative to my 1000yd swims.
My tune-up however will be all FR and the only point where I'll utilize my low spl counts.
I also enjoy 'feeling swift' when I end a practice and it seems a good way to 'remind' my system how to feel next go. Thx.
