No I have not. Just go on his website to watch his videos. I don't recall noticing any bodyfat. His body looks very fit and loose but not muscular stiff. In other words he doesn't look like someone who lifts weight. Thought maybe a case of heavy bones.
I have worked on softening my kick to remove splashing. But the city aquatics lady told me last week, I needed to kick more because I have little bodyfat causing me to slant.
I have cut down on weightlifting. I was also thinking of cutting down on swimming for now to slow my metabolism and regain some fat. But then my stamina gains will suffer.
