When I do drills, whether it is on my back for sweet spot or skate drills I basically do not move. I would like to be able to flutter kick for streamlining purposes during drills.
Done correctly, hips will slightly rock. Attempt to point
toes, but not to the point of rigidity. Ankle flex is helpful, but many just don't have it.
