How does one improve flutter kick?
When I do drills, whether it is on my back for sweet spot or skate drills I basically do not move. I would like to be able to flutter kick for streamlining purposes during drills. I'm old and know my ankles are "age stiff" so I have been stretching them, also I try to kick from my hips. It's a little embarrassing to be kicking and not moving. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
