I am new to the site and have been swimming laps all winter using TI. I participate in Sprint Tri and my longest open water swim is 500 yds. I am swiming 1,000 and 1,500 in workouts. I do intervals once a week and decresing time laps the other two days. All I want to do is get my 500 time below 10 minutes. I have swum 10:30 with out trying too hard. I can be the first out of the water in my age group (60-65) if I swim 9 minutes. I will also pass a bunch of younger side to side heads
