Feet too high?
I've been swimming for about three months using the TI method. One thing I've noticed is that I was keeping my head too low which was making breathing uncomfortable. I've made an adjustment by raising my head which seems to keep me relaxed more. One thing that I've noticed for myself, however, is that even with my head raised, my lower body seems too high on the surface. I'm doing the 2 beat kick but sometimes my kick breaks the surface. Has anyone else run into this?
