Forming Lines

Interesting reading in TI quarterly newsletter. Forming lines or switching from track to track using whole body switches is how I see my TI now. When you are at this point, you start to realise that recovery and breathing are intrinsically connected to balance. Which may be stating the obvious, but whilst you can practice breathing and recovery separately, if it is not wired into a 'torso thinking' stroke, then it can become an exercise in frustration.
