I have purchased a DVD - Backstroke for every body.
I can maintain a good balance and am comfortable in kicking when I am completely on my back keeping both hands in front of my thighs.
I tried to move to my side to keep one shoulder clear from water, keeping my both hands in front of my thighs but found difficult in moving to my side. Could anybody suggest remedy for this problem.
Move only a little at a time off of your back until you feel comfortable and don't roll completely to your side. Always try to relax back and press in to feel support from the water .
