Which Self Coaching Package?
 

Could someone give me a little guidance as to which package is more suitable? I am essentially a beginning swimmer. Should I choose the "Ultra-Efficient Freestyle" or "Freestyle Mastering Complete" The Freestyle Mastering Complete seems more comprehensive but I'm not sure if it's overkill.

Fred, My material is older than either of these but I think the "Ultra-Efficient Freestyle" is more suited to beginning TI. I would also suggest a in-water workshop if at all possible aftrer you become familiar with the self-coached material.

Ultra Efficient freestyle is the latest self-coachign "from scratch" package. The Freestyle Mastery package is advanced skills. You can get both, but if you get one, get the former.
