Great post Terry – am dedicating my next swim, 2,000 yds tomorrow – and
a contribution SAA – to both you and Susana – an old friend of mine who just
rec’d a diagnosis. She lives near a large lake in Mexico – and I hope she might
find her way to a TIS coach there. All the best to you and “survivor swimmers” –

Terry you are such an astonishing inspiration to me. I am 70 years old and did an open water charity swim in Provincetown, MA last month, trying to use what I have learned in TI swimming. I am still slow, and still swim crooked, but I did the 1.4 mile swim across Ptown Harbor with ease thanks to you and taking a clinic in St. John, the wonderful women’s clinic run from the eco camp.
